Chambray, finally.

I'm sure every blogger knows these basic rules. Don't take pictures in full sun, and don't take pictures in crazy winds. Well, clearly, I'm new at this because I decided to take pictures in both on Saturday afternoon. My sister and I were on a little mall trip and I figured we might as well snap some pictures while we're at it. So if I look like I'm making a dance move, it's because I was trying to make my clothes not look like they're sticking to me. And if you notice that some pictures are in the shade, it's because my sister and I waited for clouds to pass by. I learned my lesson, that's for sure.

I'm finally part of the Chambray Fan Club! Yay! I haven't owned a chambray blouse until last week - can you believe it? I just never happened to find the perfect one - the more I saw them out in the store, the pickier I became about choosing one. Does that happen to you? A lot of them looked too western to me, then I got picky about buttons (I didn't want snap buttons), then some of them were too dark, too cotton-y, it was never ending. When I saw this J Crew blouse on the website during the sale, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. It's structured, yet casual, the color is perfect, and the buttons are simple and cream colored. I can see myself wearing it dressed up or down.
